Omnibus

A man waits on a lonely busstop. He misread the schedule - the bus he was waiting for will never come. When minutes later, an unscheduled bus arrives, the man boards it. What he does not know, that his Omnibus came special for him.

Production Notes

The movie was shoot twice one time with German actors, the other time with Czech actors. This film experiment exploited the differences of actor's performance, based on different cultural background, when the cinematography, direction and production conditions stay the same.
It turned out, that there are quite significant differences, much more, one would anticipate of countries that are neighbors.

In Memoriam

Shortly after we finished shooting of my second shortfilm Engangement with Peter Hanuš, I got the message, that Peter chose to end his life. He did not leave a note. This movie is dedicated to his craft as a fabulous actor, who I had the honor to work with.

Peter, may you rest in piece.
